What is BIMama Support?
CODESIGN TOKYO is practicing BIMama support to support the success of women raising children through projects that utilize the latest digital technologies related to architecture and cities. BIMama works on "flexible working style" that matches the pace of life, "learning the latest digital technology" such as building information modeling (BIM), and "creating ideas" that make use of child-rearing experience. increase.
CODESIGN TOKYO has been holding a Work & Life Balance Workshop since 2018, targeting those who are raising children or those who want to work but cannot find an environment that suits their lifestyle, and there are possibilities for any work style. I have been searching for it. BIMama was born from the ideas of the participants of this workshop.
When hearing about the anxiety that women feel while raising children, there are many voices about loneliness, stress, and future work, and I want to maintain "connection with society" by "working."However, the current situation is that we cannot find a way to do it. At BIMama Support, we strive to create a stable career and feel rewarding for the future by being involved in actual projects even for a limited time, getting in touch with the latest technology, and proactively coming up with ideas. ..
